Raptus comic book festival
I thought I would mention the norwegian comic book festival held in Bergen 11-13 sept.
This is the only comic/manga related event in my city.
And this year the crew decided to involve cosplay and cosplayers.
Which made me extremely happy. (the festival has up til now been about comics in general, and manga has just been a small part of it))
I´ve been working as a volunteer a few years now on the festival, even though it´s fun to go the the festival as an visitor, You get a really cool experience by watching it from the inside.
I Was in an awe when we were allowed to wear costumes while we were working.
And we were also allowed to the enter the cosplay competition.
Much smaller than the contests on desucon/soracon (ofcourse) but still great.
There was many really great cosplayers there. And I made alot of new friends.

She also took random pictures from the festival.
There were two cosplay contests during the festival, one on saturday and one on sunday.
each one of the them had five(Ithink) Or six winners.
I won a prize for my zelda costume.
It was a great weekend, and I recommend everyone who lives/or is/for some reason) around Bergen at that time of year to come and visit the festival.
And every one else in the country.. and the world.
